Kytasoft is based in Berlin with the plan of expanding in Ukraine,therefore is looking for early stage freelance developers to work on project basis and on a later stage to be part of the new team creation with big chances to take bigger responsibilities like project or team management. Responsibilities: Conduct and participate in multidisciplinary planning,analysis,design,and development of software systems. Shows appetite and aptitude for owning responsibility of technical decisions for one or many projects. Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements,envisioning system features and functionality. Perform corrective,adaptive,and software maintenance on the software baseline Ensure software compliance standards are met. Support regular Customer interaction through memos,status meetings,and technical exchanges. Competencies: Experience with: PHP, MySql, Wordpress (Ideally), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery. Experience in designing and developing web,desktop and/or mobile solutions. Proven ability to multi-task,ability to drive a project to completion. Effectively deal with people in a global team environment. Availability to travel occasionally to west Europe. English:written and spoken.
